Paradigm Freight & Logistics Limited provides logistics services including but not limited to freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation services.

• Maintain the confidentiality of any account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Service Rates and Payment

Rates for our services are subject to change. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and international conventions.

6. Insurance

We recommend that customers obtain adequate insurance coverage for their cargo.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
